so we have sheet music, how do we know we are playing it right?
we have sheet music, how can we tell we are playing right without music files? or does anyone have these on oud:

Have you tried software that can scan sheet music and convert to digital sound files? Neuratron Photoscore is one but there are likely many others.
Usually it is possible to try out these programs with free trial downloads.

hello alibaba. check out this website. It has a lot of Arabic sheet music with notes, and you can hear the melody while following the notes. It may
not have the exact songs you are asking about, but there are a lot more on this site. You need to download some software (free) to hear the songs, but
this may help you and others to get the ball rolling! good luck, let us know how you get on with it!

Yes, that Sibelius Scorch software is really helpful to learn to read music, as you can see which notes are playing while you're listening and playing
along with it, which also gets you to know exactly where all the notes are on your oud. good stuff Oh and if you look on youtube you will find (under the username "Rastsol") Alsiadi plays some of these tunes in
youtube videos, his tuning is FAdgcf.
