The translation is not quite accurate..
This is actually a CD/DVD for maqams, etc..
I don't understand why you'd call it "top secret".. You can simply tell us about it, and if it's good enough people will definitely buy it..

that is not the CD-DVD one, this is a manual 2-3 wheels or discs if you like to call them, atop of each other that you turn them certain ways to get
to the right reading.

Is it something like those round sky maps that come with telescopes?! This would be a fantastic idea(if done properly)!!

The discs were only sold in Syria during the 80's..
I think they're already out of print..
I'm 90% positive the wheel is something like Nahat's most famous rosette that includes the maqamat..
