About the oud proff's DVD : what is the tuning used in his DVD for explaining Makam?

I don't have the dvd with at the moment but it is explained on the DVD in the tuning section.
He is using the most common tuning for Arabic style playing on a 5 course oud. From lowest to highest:
FADGC
If you have a 6 course oud tune like this:
