just bough sukar's Oud model 7
the action on it is 2 mm highier than suppose to
tried to turn the wing nut inside , but could not move it
seem to be stuck ...
anyone out there to give me a hand
Try to unscrew it with a little gripper, uneasy but possible. Just apply each side of the gripper on each side of the wing, not necessary to grip it,
just turn it. When you're done try to adjust the wing nut to the action you desire and tell us if it worked.
