I have a few basic and maybe trivial questions regarding french polishing that I wasn't able to find answers for. Here is a link to the technique I'm

- When filling the grain with pumice, how do you know that the grain is filled. Would going across the grain with the edge of a finger nail and
sensing for the smoothness of the surface suffice?
- How often to reload the muneca with pumice? When repeatedly working on a small area (around 4x4) should I reload the muneca with pumice as the
muneca dries out of alcohol?
- Should reloading the muneca with alcohol occur as the muneca is completely dry or a little bit of wetness is the right time?
