Not oud related: how to make a cheap tunable frame drum (bendir, daf...etc)

Hello,

I had this old daf, totally unplayable as the skin was too loose, flabby.
And had this idea while seeing Youssef Hbeisch on stage, when he was using a frame drum tunable with an air pump.

My result looks weird, but cost nothing and works fine.

I unglued the skin putting the daf in water. Then put it back, using water glue, nails and a lot of rope, to tighten the skin to the frame, the time the glue got dried... I added a simple child bicycle air chamber to make it tunable. Just glued on the rear part. The front part should be left without glue of course, to leave the skin move in order to be tunable.
