Old Oud-Forums Design
Dear Mike
when I came back from a 2 weeks holiday without PC, the first thing I did in the net was to see what happens in the forum.
Ohhh, new design!! First I thought" nice, mellow colors that fits to mellow oud-sounds", but after a while of reading my eyes get very tired.
The readability(?) of the old design/color was much better(more contrast)
Question: Is there a possibility to reach the site in the old design?
Greetings from germany,
Marcus

Marcus, all that has happened is that the default theme has changed.
You can revert back to the old theme by going to your User Control Panel > Edit Profile and scrolling down to Theme and selecting XMB Davis.

And where is this User Control Panel?
Is it on Mike Oud, or are we talking about the usual control panel on the PC??
:-)
The wood might be dead, but the oud is alive.

The User Control Panel we are talking about is on Mike Oud.
Scroll to the top right of your screen now. You should see a link for it under your name.

A Şiddetli fırtına in a çaydanlık?
It could be said that this change is now in pleasing oud colors. I see variegated walnut and maple in the header bars and main background. There are
ebony stringers to divide them all and, of course, shades of spruce & cedar in the fields. After all, what better place to sound off than with
sound wood as a background!
It's a change, sure. But recall what Adrian Monk said about change...
"I don't mind change. I just don't like to be there when it happens."
