Help needed
I am looking for someone to provide *.wavs of their Ouds in different tunings. Such as Arabic, Turkish, and Other tunings. If anyone can help me I
will give credit to them in the program. I await anxously for a response 
What is needed is a recording of each of strings plucked open, in most common Oud tunings.

I could help you with obtaining a frequency chart, then you can use midi files associating each frequency with a note. And the tuner could span 4
octaves, then you can have the specific tunings canned and also the user can use any single note from the 4 octaves if they so desire.
