100% Nahhat, check the following (first link posted) around 2:21 look at the inlay on the pick guard, that is a typical Nahhat inlay and I doubt
anybody else did it. Moreover, the remaining elements in terms of shape and sound are similar to Nahhat.

As for this being Hoax, the guy is not Abu Feesha, its JT and he is wearing the elder mask by spfx. Check youtube videos for the mask.
