Looking for beginner oud and teacher recommendations

Hi folks,

I have zero music experience and want to learn how to play the oud. I am of Somali heritage and love the sound of the oud (kaban) hence my interest. I live in London UK. Can anyone point me in the right direction for beginner ouds and teachers?
