The W. Cumpiano home website http://www.cumpiano.com is also worth checking out for those who have an interest in lutherie in general. Lots of useful and interesting articles
posted.
The site also has ongoing updates to the excellent book "Guitarmaking - tradition and technology" by Cumpiano/Natelson which includes new information
as well as correction of typos etc. since the book was first published.

Aren't they good-looking?
Lots of pertinent information in there for stringed instrument builders - I've got his Newsletters bookmarked under Continuing Education. Good stuff.
Also - one informative site of many; it's a goldmine in there.
